One night recently,I was disturbed by a ruckus outside. From the window I saw three teenagers, staggering down the middle of the street, on a Tuesday night, drunk, shouting in perfect English. My neighborhood is entirely religious so chances are excellent that these are the children of 'religious' American olim. When you say you want to return to where you came for a productive Torah observant life, they'll accuse you of returning to the idol, only because you want to live in a proper environment for the children.
